Dolphins At Play

One of my favorite things to do at Sea World is to watch the dolphins.
I especially like it when they are moving around in what I assume is more natural and less "trained" ways.
To watch them move through the water is a beautiful thing.
It might just be me thinking it should be so, but they just look happy to be moving about so freely.
Even if they aren't really smiling, they put a smile on my face.  Dolphins are truly amazing creatures.  It is always a wonderful thing when we can watch them, especially when we can get this close to them.
Living the life in Florida!

Gorgeous photos!! We were over in Tampa on the old Sunshine Skyway bridge (now a fishing pier) a couple of weeks ago and were priveleged to see a pod of dolphins. Fell in love with a mama and her calf that were being particularly playful. Dolphins make me smile, too!

They sure do look like they're smiling! We see them when we are out on the boat, but never up long enough to get a picture. Fun to watch that way too though.

Welcome back.

It's been a while since I've caught up with you....and it looks like you all are having a great time. I love to read your Blog and I am always moved by the beauty of your photos. Tell the family we said hello - and we hope to hook up with you and Nate this summer at The Villages.

What beautiful pictures! I love watching dolphins play and only wish we had somewhere around here to watch them. Your post makes me miss the ocean- even though I only saw dophins one time in the wild. :)
