We are camping right on the Columbia River and it is just breathtaking to have this view. It is fascinating to me how much this river changes, depending on the time of day. Afternoon:
and early evening:
Austin told me last night that someone told him he was blessed to get to see all that he does. He asked me if I thought we were blessed. Yes, son, I sure do.
Isn't that river beautiful? We traveled along it many times when we lived in Oregon and had parents and other family in Eastern and Central Washington We never got tired of the views.
I loved your produce stand collage as well, in your previous post.
As we were seeing the world, we shared what we see with underprivileged children. If you'd like to help this great cause, you can read more about how to help here: Reach the World
"Our aim in education is to give a full life. We owe it to them to initiate an immense number of interests. Life should be all living, and not merely a tedious passing of time; not all doing or all feeling or all thinking - the strain would be too great - but, all living; that is to say, we should be in touch wherever we go, whatever we hear, whatever we see, with some manner of vital interest."
