Today we headed over to Pensacola to see a friend of mine. I've been feeling crummy this week, so between that and missed communication attempts, I kept missing her. I continued my streak today because I realized when I got there that I forgot her phone number. So I still didn't get to see her.
We visited the
National Aviation Museum while there, so the trip was not a total bust. What an incredible place this was and it was free.
Unfortunately, we did not get to stay as long as we'd liked to have and I was still feeling crummy so I can't recall much except we watched a neat documentary on WWII planes that they recovered from the Great Lakes. It was very cool to pretend to be one of the Blue Angels.
Poor Aubi was feeling crummy too. She wanted to sit here and just hang out because the chairs were comfy.
