Hawk Mountain or Not

My dear friend recommended this place to us, and from the time we knew we were coming to PA, we were excited about visiting. We headed over today with our traveling buddies. We get there, we pile out of the truck, head up to the building to pay...only to be told "no dogs allowed". ARGH!So, while our lucky friends got to visit Hawk Mountain, we went down to the Game Land and walked the dog and our kids. I'll have to get pictures of their hike and views so I can post them.

We did get to visit Cabella's on the way home and that was really neat. I loved the stuffed animals. We picked up some hiking shoes so it wasn't a total loss of a trip.
