We've been having a blast with Daryl and Diana who were our traveling buddies for much of our trip at the beginning. We haven't seen them since October and I am remembering how great it is to have them around.
Today Diana and I had a rare treat, we were completely kid free and went down to play pickle ball with just the two of us. For more than ten minutes! It was almost as great as our spa day was. Almost.
We had a blast and while sitting on the court resting, she suddenly said, "This is living the life" and we talked about how fortunate we feel to be able to have this experience.
It is a wonderful lifestyle that is made even better for us when we have loved ones to share it with.
